PRODUCT SEARCH: There are three ways to find a specific product:

1. By using the search box on the upper menu, you can search for common items (e.g. “Pirate costumes”). The most relevant results will be displayed.
2. By clicking on the most relevant category on the main menu or upper menu. You will be brought to your chosen category’s page, where you can enter in different filters (gender, size, celebration, official license, price, etc.) to quickly track down your desired product.
3. By the alphabet next to the search box. For example, in the "F" you'll find "Frozen".

PRODUCT SELECTION: Once you have selected your product, you can decide its specific features, such as size and colour.

Additionally, you can add accessories to your chosen product by adding them in the pop-up once you click "Buy now" button, or selecting "Recommended Accessories".

Then you must click on the "Buy Now" button to incorporate these products to the shopping cart, as long as they are available.

Regarding product availability, approximate delivery dates will be shown next to the product name. In case of sold out products, you can leave your email to be notified when they are available again.

SHOPPING CART: After clicking on the buy button, you will be taken to the “Shopping cart”, the first part of the purchasing process. You will have two options:

1. Continue shopping, by clicking on the "I want to buy more things". This will take you back to the first step of the product search.
2. Confirm order: by clicking on the Continue secure purchasing button. Here you will be taken to the register process, where you should provide us the information to send you the order. If you're already registered, just enter your email and password.

In this step, you will see an early approximation to the final cost of the order and also you will be able to insert any discount voucher you may have.

CHECK OUT: After entering your details, you continue to step "shipment and payment data".

You can choose the delivery type you want depending on the delivery address and the shipping method.

You can choose different payment methods, such as credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

Once selected, press "Confirm and pay". Depending on the payment method, there will be an intermediate screen (for example, your bank page, if you chose to pay by credit card).

PURCHASE CONFIRMATION: You will be taken to a screen where your payment will be confirmed.

You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase with the order number. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order.
